Billing
Plans, run credit, and what each run costs.
Billing belongs to the organization. One plan covers every project, and run credit is shared by all of them. Open Organization → Billing. Every member can see it; owners and admins manage the plan.
Plans
| Plan | Run credit | Concurrent runs | Run history |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $5, once | 1 | 7 days |
| Starter | $50 a month | 2 | 30 days |
| Team | $150 a month | 5 | 90 days |
| Scale | $800 a month | 15 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | $5,000+ | Custom | Custom |
Prices are on the pricing page. Paid credit refills every month. On paid plans, a run that goes past your credit is billed as overage; on Free, a run can't start once the credit is used up.
What a run costs
A run uses credit for what it actually used:
| Charge | Rate |
|---|---|
| Runner time | $0.03 a minute for web and API, $0.06 a minute for Android, and for iOS when it's available. Measured per second, from when a runner picks up the run until it finishes. |
| AI model use | What the AI provider charges, plus 25%. |
| Emails received | $0.05 for each email a run's inbox receives. |
| SMS received | $0.35 for each verified SMS delivery. |
| Minimum | Each finished run costs at least $0.15. |
- A run that couldn't start costs nothing.
- A cancelled run pays for what it used, without the minimum.
- A run on several platforms counts runner time for each platform.
A longer run costs more, because runner time and AI model use grow with it. Each run shows the credit it used next to its duration, and Billing shows your organization's total for the period.
Credit and limits
Billing shows:
- Run credit: what's used, what's left and when it resets.
- Concurrent runs: how many can run at once. Extra runs wait in the queue.
- Seats: how many members you can have.
Owners and admins on paid plans can add a Run credit top-up (from $5 to $5,000, for the current billing period) and extra Concurrent runs (billed monthly).
Manage the plan
Owners and admins can change plans from Billing, open the billing portal with Manage subscription, update the payment method, and download invoices under Billing history.
If a payment fails, a paid plan keeps running for 7 days. Update the payment method in that time to keep your seats, credit and triggers.
